Dear Professor Spier,

The article you have mentioned is by Dr. P. D. Navathe, "Satyaa.saa.dha

;Srauta Suutra" in Vedic Texts: A Revision, Professor C. G. Kashikar

Felicitation Volume, ed. T. N. Dharmadhikari, R. S. Shastri, N. P. Jain and

S. S. Bahulkar (Managing Editor), Motilal Banarsidass, Delhi, 1990, p.

86-97. I know that Dr. Navathe had begun the work of a critical edition of

that text, a specimen (pra;snas 1 & 2)

of which had been published in the said volume. I shall try to contact Dr.

Navathe and get the necessary information.
