Guest guest
Hi all, I need some info on the Harshavardhana and the Chalukya/Pulikeshi war on the banks of the Narmada, which decided the boundary between the northern (Harsha's) kingdom and the southern (Pulikeshi's) kingdom, by virtue of which Pulikeshi assumed the title of Dakshinapateshwara. Appreciate any and all info on this war. This book seems to have some info: Select Battles in Indian History (From Earliest Times to 2000 A.D)/edited by Kiran Kumar Thaplyal and Shive Nandan Misra. Delhi, Agam Kala Prakashan, 2002, 2 Vols., xiv, 763 p., maps, figs., ISBN 81-7320-047-5. Can someone who owns this book comment on the extent of coverage? Could he/she summarize it and put it up? Thanks Ravindra
