Sarma which is in the book "Pandit N.R. Bhatt Felicitation Volume" by Motilal Banarsidass, 1994 (pages 169 thru 173.) describes a recommended table form for descriptive catalogues of sanskrit manuscripts with I believe 12 columns. I'm away from my library (or any library now) but I need to know what the column headings are for each column of this recommended table form of manuscript catalogue.
