Thanks in advance, s -- Steven E. Lindquist Lecturer in Indian Religions Department of Religion Concordia University, Montreal -- ---attached message--- Hi, I'm looking for information on the below: 1. India in late 1700s (between 1754 and 1792) : a place called Bejagarh, somewhere close by or in Sardhana, West of Delhi. I could not find information on or locate the place. 2. Chiria fauj, a regiment led by General de Boigne : Does this have a link with the battle of Gheria? The dates correspond and, from what I gather, the pronunciations (of Chiria an Gheria) are close, though I¹m not certain de Boigne was at Gheria.
