DISCOVERY OF ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE >

Major Paleo River Channel Identified Between HAZIRA & SUVALI.

Side Scan Images show Geometric shapes typical of Anthropological

Nature alongside the Paleo channel.

> Rectangular / Square Basement like features varying in size from 4

x 5 M to 16

x 15 M. >

Extensive confirmation surveys carried out & several GRAB and CORE

Samples collected. >

THERMO LUMINESCENCE DATING OF archaeological artifacts indicate

presence of human life from 13,000 BP to 3,560 BP (10,000 YEARS).

Dating of samples by OXFORD UNIVERSITY, MANIPUR UNIVERSITY and THE

PHYSICAL RESEARCH LABORATORY, AHAMEDABAD.

 

Archaeological samples collected:

carbonized wood

pieces such as potteries

hearth materials

varieties of skeletal remains of human beings

intact teeth of human beings

other artifact like micro tools, beads, corals?..
