Michael:

Like some other scholars I am unable to sign up as I do not have a

account. What should I do?

Regards.

Hello,

Michael is travelling right now and is not checking his email. You may join

for free. I'm afraid that that is the only way to join the List.

Best wishes,

George Thompson

Actually -- we're just figuring out the administrative controls -- George and I

have now

found an apparent way to add you directly to the List without you signing up for

. I

will email you directly about this. Anyone else needing this help can also write

to me or

George directly, or to Michael after he returns next week from traveling.

The List has added 206 members in the last few days, as of Thurs. morning --

representing over a dozen of fields related in some way to Indology.

Best,

Steve Farmer
