Dear menbers.

I am Agustin from spain and I start to learn Sanscrit,

I would like to ask if some one Know the meaning of these names of Shri

Ganesha.

Response from P.K.Ramakrishnan

"dheemahi" = salutations

"Gunatisaya" = should be gunatisayaya =(to him) having abundant virtues.

"GunasarEraya" = could be gunaiswaryaya = (to him)having supermacy in virtues.

"Gunamanditaya" = (to him) adorned with virtues

"Gunesanaya" = (to) the lord of virtues

"Gunapravesnaya" = (to )the door or entrance to virtues

"vakratundaya" = (to him)with curved trunk (elephant trunk)

"Gaurikanaya" = should be gauritanayaya = (to) the son of gauri (i.e. Parvati)

"Gajesanaya" = should be gajananaya = (to him ) with elephant face

"balachandraya" = (to him) who looks like an infant moon
