There are a wide number of solutions, usually

connected to the particular font used. Most individual

scholars have their own favored solution.

 

Despite its problems, I have been using this font

family which has a keyboard filter called Diacwin. It

is easy to install and use.

If you are looking for more complex diacritics (for

use in all Indic languages, or Vedic with accents,
