The greatest Tamil translations of Sanskrit

Dear List:

 

Is there more than the one great translation of raamaayaNa into Tamil?

I wonder what the great works of Sanskrit-Tamil translation are-- is there

a mahaabhaarata, for example? There is very little Tamil literature in

Robarts, little in English, less in Tamil.
