Dear Bhakthaa:

Thiruneermalai: 5 Kms from Pallavaram Ponds Factory. This is one of the eight

"swayambhu" divya desams and we can have darshan of Sriman Narayanan in

"nindra", "iruntha", "nadantha" and "kindantha" thirukkolams.

In Chennai only 2 divyadesam temples are located, they are

1. Parthasarathy temple at Triplicane

2. Tiruneermalai at Pallavaram

Other divyadesam temples are 50 km from Chennai.

3. Nithyakalayana perumal near Kovalam(from kovalam 3 Km and 40 km from chennai)

4. Sayanaperumal at Mahapalipuram(54 km from chennai)

the above temples are located East coast road

Temples are located at Arokkonam side:(from chennai around 80km)

5. Veera Raghava perumal at Tiruvallur.(42 km from Chennai)

6. Solingar

If you visit chennai , you can get dharasan the above mentioned temples in two days.

Thiruniravur can be reached :

 

1. via ambattur, avadi, pattabiram ( and turning south at Pattabiram

railway gate)

 

or

 

2. via blore highway - taking a right after poonamallee on to the

tiruvallur/tirupati road) and then

taking a right after about 8kms on that road

 

the 2nd one would be a better option

Starting from ambattur via avadi and pattabiram u can reach Thiruninravur

and u can visit Bhakthavshala Perumal

Then from Thiruninravur u can reach thiruvallur by 20 Minutes through train

and u can visit Viraragava Perumal

Then from their take a bus to sriperumandhur travelling time is 40 Minutes

and u can visit Adhi kesava perumal and Udayavar

Then from their take a bus to ThirumaYesai near poondhamalli

and u can visit Alwar thirustalam

 

>From thiruvallur taking turn to solingar is use less

because it needs a full day to visit both kondapalayam and solingar village temple
