Recently when I entered my house, the television was jarring with a recent hit song. the clips of wonders of the worls was running in the screen. The Great Wall of China emerged in the scene-the hero and heroine dancing across. NO, Mr.Moderator, this is not a write up on movies. This triggered a train of thought in my mind regarding great walls. Walls as you all know, are boundaries, barriers for enemies, protection for the inmates, a safety cover for the residents from natural and artifical calamities.We all know of a little kid fitting his finger to avoid flood. We know that Great Wall of China is the man-made object visible from space. Even in this virtual world, we see fire-walls, filtering packets, scanning and then only routing the desired packets and rejecting others. These walls then, are playing a significant role right from the days of yore, which turned my thoughts towards Azhwar's thoughts on walls.
