Guest guest
om namo bhagavate sri ramanaya Why Diverse Theories of Creation 102 By their diverse cosmogonies What do the Holy Books intend? Not telling how the world began, But starting the enquiry, 'What is True Being, the primal cause of this World-appearance?' (Sri Muruganar's The Garland of Guru's Sayings - Trans. Prof. K. Swaminathan, Tiruvannamalai; 1996) If you cease to identify yourself with the body no questions regarding creation, birth, death, etc. will arise. They did not arise in your sleep. Similarly they will not arise in the true state of the Self. The object of creation is thus clear, that you should proceed from where you find yourself and realise your true Being. (from Talks 610) -- "ekam sat vipraa bahudhaa vadanti That which exists is One; sages call it by various names."

True. But the questioning ceases after one meets the creator. Then one knows who one is. And the question, any question (in regard to such matters)does not arise. snip > > The object of creation is thus clear, that you > should proceed from where you > find yourself and realise your true Being. > (from Talks 610) > all are but the blissful Self. michael
