My posting was made out of frustration at myself (and most of the world) not 'behaving' as a realized one in spite of the intellectually understanding of it. :-) Yes. The world being a reflection of you,as you are, cannot be different to what you believe you are in the moment. Though the teaching of Sri Ramana & Vedanta are just that 'you are not the doer' etc., it is still not WIDELY put in practice in the world. The number of realized souls is still small. Hence my lamenting and the guru bashing. Yes. The rarity is itself the nature of things as they are. For the real gurus, there is no world to be propogated to. For the claimants to guru-ness, selling the premise of no-doer, is no good for their business. After all, you only get followers, when you lay out some esoteric practises, meditation techniques, profound concepts to be memorized, etc. Your quote of Sri Ramana related to 'not awakening the dream characters after waking up' is again not good news for people like me & ther'dream characters'. LOL On the contrary, just see what a burden has been lifted. The burden of having to reach, attain enlightenment. Incidentally, as the rest were dreamed-up characters for Ramana, so is Ramana, a dreamed-up character for you. Not you, as you hold yourself to be, but you as you truly are.
