In an odd and striking way, actually. I had previously searched the used-book websites and come up dry. I had even used the "notify me" feature of the largest book-dealer network, ABE, to request that an email be sent to me if a dealer somewhere should put a copy on sale. (I had also written to David and all the spritual-book dealers I know ... I've been looking for a while.) Since no email had arrived, I took it for granted that no copy had been offered. But when your message appeared I looked on ABE again, and lo and behold, a copy was found. Found, purchased, and now on its way to my friend, who wants it, actually, as a gift for a third person. Who knows where this ends. Nowhere, of course. An infinite network of causation spreading infinitely into the future. On and on. Endless fruits. Thanks!
