But later i stopped.because someone diverted me saying guruji was a psudo guru.Since i am a college going student i am diverted by many things. I think you got my point.so even if i try to continue my chanting i feel guilty. I am feeling very upset. Guest guest Report post Posted June 23, 2005 Hi Kuramm, I guess you should niether believe the ones who say Pujya Gurudev is is fake nor the ones who say Pujya Gurudev is great. You should have your own belief, a belief that has been verified by your inetractions with Mantra, Sadhana and Pujya Gurudev. In the adoloscent age everyone is diverted, its due to hormones and that natural. Problem comes when one gets addicted to it. But even that is not a problem. One remains addicted to something till one sees some mystery/ unexplained behaviour in that. It's the unkown and pleasure from that unknown that causes attachment of anykind. With Mantra Japa and sadhana one realises the limitations of all kind of material unknowns and limitation of pleasures provided by these material unknowns. At one stage one comes across truly and everlasting blissful state. Its then that one never gets caught in to the pleasures of material unknowns. Everyones natural intent is to enjoy and live life happily in pleasure. But everyone differs from everyone else depending on how they derive that pleasure. An enlightened one enjoys the pleasure of everlasting bliss & fun. I will say instead of focussing on guilt focus on mantra and sadhana. This also doesn't restrict us to go infront of our father saying that we have so n so and so we shouldnot meet him. Above all HE is the supreme and HE loves us more than we love HIM. How can a father not forgive us if we ask sorry from our heart ? HE is even more forgiving than we think then why wouldn't HE forgive us !! There r many things and many circumstances where we lag. But this must not restrict us from going before our mother. If we Dont go before HER where will we go. So my dear brother try to go beyond these things. Again be careful that this doesn't give us unrestricted freedom but and we must try our level best not to these things as it is hinderance to our progress only. Consider had u not have those thoughts then u could have achieved more things in ur life. One more thing, He has said that we face our paap karmas in many ways and one of them is not having belief or shraddha in GURUDEV and GOD. May be this is the case with us. So dear frnd dont give them chance to spoil ur progress. U can pray HIM from heart like confession and pray HIM to forgive u. Alternately u can meet HIM straight and say him the things praying to forgive and seeking HIS blessings so that u may not get indulged in these things. Feel free to pray HIM.
