Until recently, it was forbidden to the common man, accessible only to a chosen few, despite the fact that, since it's creation, it was meant to fulfill everyone's spiritual and material desires. Tantra is still considered a dangerous black art because of many gruesome stories associated with it. Most of those stories are associated with Veer Vetaal sadhana and not all of them are fictitious.
