It is the "gotra" of a person, means his inheritance from "sapt rishis" of fore fathers(7-Great Sages to whom humanity belongs& we being their children).Which may be (Rishis:-kashyap,dadichi Atri etc.) Every person has one Great Sage to which his ancestors belonged & evolution started. It is not the sir name. I hope i picked you right. & if i am right so find out your "gotra" from your horoscope or your forefather or father. Thanks. The second volume seems to appeared in Telugu and Kannada translations in Oriental library, Madras. Sri BV raman used his brain for second volume translation and commentary. Title: Prasna maarga By BV RAMAN (2 volumes) Motilal Banarsidas is the publisher, I feel.
