I also had a friend having simian line and found it tough to analyze it, as it is less mentioned in the books and also I came across palmists who were unable to answer me. According to my understanding simian line represents person who has the potential power of high concentration. They can reach great heights in life. The negative effect of the line is that the persons tend to have a dual nature. They are bound to be selfish in their motives. They have destructive nature meaning they tend to destroy things than to create. About the broken simian line in the right hand u mentioned.
