Guest guest
On September 15, Dr. Raju Chidambaram introduced his paper on the mathematics of advaita, called 'Advaitin's Adventures', which was posted at http://sunyaprajna.com/Raju/Advaitins_Adventures.pdf It's location has changed to: http://sunyaprajna.com/Advaita/Advaita_Math.pdf Notice also that the filename has changed. The mathematics is relatively simple, and many here have a technical education, so you are encouraged to take a look and respond. This seems like path- breaking work. Dr. Chidambaram is a mathematician as well as an advaitin. Thanks
Guest guest
Namasta Advaitins I hope that Shri Raju Chidambaram agrees to lead the discussion on his paper on advaita and quantum physics as requested by Shri Ram Chandran. This will make it easier for non physicists among us to understand the flow of thoughts. Thank you Hersh

Sanskrit is the only language which has Ekavachana, DwiVachana and Bahuvachana, If you analyze this world everything appears as two, for example if a seed becomes a plant it come out with two leaves. similarly for seed to sprung you need water (again two), I think this is the reason why sanskrit is called "Jeeva Basha" (a language which has life) and which is the only language which talks the entire universe as "lively entities" and to refer both parents as one sanskrit has a word called "pitarau" and kalidas uses this beautifully "Jagathaha Pitarau Vande Parvathi Parameshwarau" Indeed what we can give to all those great sages who has contributed to this language, except to put a Big Pranam with full heartedness.
