Guest guest
Pranams. After a brief retreat in the Punya bhumi ...... Adhyatmika means calamities like epidemics, diseases, worries and apprehensions etc Adhiboutika means calamities like social evils, fear of burglery, looting, theft, attacks from wild lives etc Adhidaivika is understood as troubles from natural causes like floods, wild fires, earthquakes, valcanoes, typhoons etc By praying to TARA Devi specially during these difficult times and calamities -- would save the humanity from disaster and distress as in normal times She would ferry the Upasakas across the ocean of Samsara. Tara is derived from " Tarana" meaning crossing over -- She is also known as Bhavatarani and at Dakshineshwar temple. Though She looks wrathful due to Raudra ,She is full of compassion .
