Guest guest
Sri Lalithambikaayae Namo Namaha!! Dear everyone It is well known that the Maha Ganesa Chathurthi is always observed on the Sukla Paksha Chathurti in the month of Simham (it's Aavani for Tamilians) every year. But according to the Hindu almanac, it's being indicated as the Sukla Paksha Chathurti in the month of Kanni (Purattasi for Tamilians) this year. Anyone has an idea and would like to enlighten as why it's being observed in the latter month though there is a sukla chathurti in the month of Simham?
