I've started with these tapes, and am using these

every other day. Kripalu yoga and more meditative yoga

on the other days.

Any good suggestion for

tapes that are Ashtanga,
or come close to the Kest

workouts are welcome.
Namaste.

>I've started with these tapes...

I too

started with the Kest tapes,
even did my first

seminar with him.
Looking back it is interesting to
see teachers that chose to package
ashtanga for

western practice.
The Kest tapes are a good example
of this, a slick Warner Bros. product
wherein

all the meditative "good stuff"
has been stripped

out. I was lucky
enough to take classes from a

local
teacher who taught classical ashtanga
so

I could have something to compare.
I can only

hope that in the future
these watered-down forms

for the
commercial market will be no longer
necessary to gain audiences.

>Any good

amazon.com and find David Swenson's video
