Richard Freeman has writen a good article

entitled Yoga Fundamentalism in the most recent Yoga

Journal (March/April)which pertains to many of the recent

postings on yoga styles.While there is much to be said

for"taking the one seat" and commitment to one form of

practice I also find myself agreeing with much of what

Godfrey says. It seems he writes out of his own

experience. I highly value all the practices which have

brought me to my present deep commitment to Ashtanga in

its traditional form.
