Concerning how often you should/could

practice:<br>Progression is the key here.You might start at once or twice

a week but with consistent practice your body will

change.You should allow the time for that adaptation to take

place otherwise you're courting injury.And that goes

for any physical activity whether it's yoga or

running or cycling.Remember that our bodies get

better/change/adapt when we rest and they get stimulated to change

when we exercise.So rest is critical.There's a law of

diminishing returns in effect.Push yourself to progress while

exercising caution, you have to strike the right balance and

that balance is subject to change from year to year

and day to day.And finally, there's other things to

consider like the intensity/quality of your practice.
