But Pattabhi looks different, say my wife, he is more relaxed and his body seems not to be very strong like some others. May be he does ashtanga not so competitive and more meditative. Where is the truth? Why he is so relaxed? Even for doing it more meditative he needs some muscels I suppose.<br><br>3) Betty talked about the black mat (super mat) that is black. Why black?
