I am a married 30 years old woman. I got married in June 2010 and since January 2011 my menstrual cycle started showing irregularities. In Nov 2011 I was diagnosed with POF. I am undergoing Ayurvedic treatment since Jan 2012. I completed one session of Virechan in March 2012 and ayurvedic medication is in progress. There is no specific diet that I follow. I have been told by the doctor not to consume dairy products except milk and avoid high protein diet. In Jan 2013 I got my menstruation back after a delay of 1.5 years and I hoped that it would get regularized now. But it's being 2 months now but there are no signs of menstruation. I am really frustrated and not sure what to do. I am worried if my menstrual cycle will return back or not and will I be able to ever conceive or not. I need your expert views and guidance to know whether my menstrual cycle will return back or not and would you advice any ayurvedic treatment for it. Hello everyone! I am fairly new to ayurvedic medicine but I wanted to know if there's anything that could help with my condition. I am 23 years old from Canada and I got diagnosed with premature ovarian failure at the age of 18. Since then, my medical doctor put me on birth control pills to deliver estrogen and cause me to have a cycle. Although I have had regular periods while on birth control pills, I came to the realization a year ago, that birth control pills might be doing more harm than good to my body. Since last year, i have been in search and hopes to find a natural alternatives to my condition and also to get cycles on my own without having to take pills for the rest of my life. So, basically I was wondering if there's anything I can find here in Canada or if I can order a special Ayurvedic medicine from India to help me with this. Your responses are truly appreciated!
