Hello everyone! I am fairly new to ayurvedic medicine but I wanted to know if there's anything that could help with my condition. I am 23 years old from Canada and I got diagnosed with premature ovarian failure at the age of 18. Since then, my medical doctor put me on birth control pills to deliver estrogen and cause me to have a cycle. Although I have had regular periods while on birth control pills, I came to the realization a year ago, that birth control pills might be doing more harm than good to my body. Since last year, i have been in search and hopes to find a natural alternatives to my condition and also to get cycles on my own without having to take pills for the rest of my life. So, basically I was wondering if there's anything I can find here in Canada or if I can order a special Ayurvedic medicine from India to help me with this. Your responses are truly appreciated!
