Jayapataka Maharja is still in very critical condition. Please pray for Guru maharaj. Till now 23rd Oct, 7.30 pm, he is unconscious. We depend upon the mercy of the Lord. What is a brain-haemorrhage of the brain steam similar to the one Maharaj had? Answer - The term used for conditions in which an area of the brain is transiently or permanently affected by ischemia (lack of blood supply) or bleeding is cerebrovascular disease (CVD). One or more of the blood vessels in the brain may be involved in the pathological process. Intracranial haemorrhage is the pathological accumulation of blood within the cranial cavity and this may occur within the brain parenchyma (intracerebral haemorrhage) or the surrounding meningeal spaces. Haemorrhage within the meninges or the associated potential spaces are called epidural haematoma, subdural haematoma, and subarachnoid haemorrhage. Intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) may extend into the ventricles and is then called intraventricular haemorrhage. ICH results from a wide variety of disorders and is more likely to result in death or major disability than other forms of bleed as the haemorrhage itself and the accompanying swelling may disrupt or compress adjacent brain tissue, leading to neurological dysfunction. If large parts of the brain are so displaced, there is rise in the intracranial pressure (ICP) which can cause potentially fatal brain stem herniation. Common causes for this include trauma; ruptured intracranial aneurysms (congenital weakening of blood vessels); arteriovenous malformation (an abnormal collection of blood vessels where arterial blood flows directly into draining veins); vasculitis; tumour; use of anticoagulants; bleeding disorders like haemophilia. The cause may be unknown in nearly 25% cases. A haemorrhage in the brainstem region may present with coma, posturing, loss of brainstem reflexes, and oculomotor abnormalities. It most commonly involves the pons and generally has a poor prognosis. The immediate management is largely dependent upon the cause, location, and size of the haemorrhage, as well as the clinical status of the patient. CT angiography or MR angiography permits visualisation of the blood vessels for arterial diseases like arteria-venous malformations, vasculitis, etc. Medical treatment is given when there are minimal neurological deficits or the bleed is less than 10 cc. Some of the indications for surgery are - haemorrhage more than 3 cm, presence of a structural vascular lesion, lobar haemorrhage, etc. Surgery may include craniotomy and clot evacuation under direct vision; stereotactic aspiration with thrombolytic agents or endoscopic evacuation. NOTE -This is the opinion of the DoctorNDTV expert. Other opinions may differ

From Jayapataka Swami's Mayapur Office. "Doctor P.P Ashok has reviewed the case thouroughly there is a haemorrage in the brain stem and therefore it is a critical situation. The brain stem contains all our vital centers of function like breathing, consciousness etc. Therefore a slight increase in Haemorrage can cause a life and death situation. The doctor has said that anything can go wrong anytime without much notice. If it doesn't, the process of recovery is very slow and any predictions at this time are not possible. He is already on a ventilator to support his vital function. The doctors who are handling the case are some of the best in India. The treatment which is going on in Hinduja is internationally the same. Our doctor devotees in Bhaktivedanta hospital are in constant touch with the doctor's in Hinduja". Some good news just in!! Positive development in Jayapataka Swami's condition Devakinandana Prabhu has just come from the hospital and he reports that Maharaja is showing some signs of improvement. He is now resting. His position is still critical but before taking rest he opened his eyes and moved his arm towards his head. These are positive signs. Doctors are unable to operate or do more than observe his condition but these movements are encouraging signs of improvement. Please offer a prayer on Maharaja's behalf.

H.H. Jayapataka Swami’s Latest health update from Sivarama Swami - "I stayed at the hospital from 7-11am. After CT scan and tests the neuro surgeon gave a complete health update. Maharaja had a stroke and brain bleeding in 2 places. One of the areas of bleeding is the root of the brain, a most sensitive area. A place where surgery cannot take place. The condition is critical, the surgeon’s opinion that Maharaja’s chance for survival slim. It’s in Krsna’s hands, absolutely. Please pray." SRS.

GBC Update on HH Jayapataka Swami <!-- end .post-top --><!-- the main section of the post goes here --> By the GBC Update on the Condition of His Holiness Jayapataka Swami The ISKCON Governing Body Commission (GBC), which is currently meeting for five days at ISKCON’s Juhu Beach Temple in Mumbai, was shocked this morning at the news that His Holiness Jayapataka Swami, our dear god-brother and GBC colleague, was rushed to the hospital at approximately 4 AM Mumbai time. Aniruddha dasa, GBC Deputy, has sent three reports about Maharaja’s condition. We would like to update ISKCON devotees worldwide about Maharaja and beg for your prayers on his behalf. We ask devotees around the world to pray to Lord Krishna and Lord Nrsimhadeva for Jayapataka Swami’s protection. Maharaja was rushed to the hospital this morning in an ambulance after his assistants found him in bed around 3:30 AM unable to move and calling for help in a semi-conscious state. He was taken the Hinduja Hospital, not far from the Juhu ISKCON temple. He was unconscious when he arrived at the hospital. There several tests were conducted and it was concluded that there was no problem with his heart, as first suspected. Maharaja’s blood pressure was dangerously high, but more importantly it was determined that he had suffered two brain hemorrhages (internal bleeding). One was located in the brain stem, a very sensitive area at the base of the brain where surgery is not possible. Several expert physicians were called in, including devotee doctors from the Bhaktivedanta Hospital in Mumbai. Specialists included neurologists and a neurosurgeon. Jayapataka Swami is in the intensive care unit. As the hospital will not allow many visitors in the unit, GBC members Sivarama Swami, Bir Krishna Goswami, Bhakti Caru Swami, and Radhanatha Swami who had rushed to the hospital in the morning to be with Jayapataka Swami, returned to the temple around noon. Upon return, Radhanatha Swami immediately updated the GBC about Maharaja’s condition. Radhanatha Swami reported that Jayapataka Swami remains in critical condition. His condition is extremely delicate. One positive report he shared with the GBC, was that, although not apparently conscious, when Jayapataka Swami was asked to squeeze his left hand, he did so. As surgery is not an option at this time, doctors are monitoring Maharaja’s condition very carefully, and administering medication as appropriate. Jayapataka Swami is one of ISKCON’s most senior devotees. He is a dear disciple of Srila Prabhupada. He pioneered preaching in India as well as congregational outreach programs. He has been a faithful and important member of the GBC for decades. We fervently pray to Lord Krishna for His protection. He has sacrificed his life in service, and we pray the Lord will give him full strength. We also offer our prayers and full support to the disciples of our dear god-brother in this most difficult time. We request that devotees of ISKCON worldwide offer prayers to their Deities and to Srila Prabhupada that this great leader among us may regain his health and remain with us to serve the ISKCON mission for many more years. We value, respect and love Jayapataka Maharaja. We admire his deep love for Prabhupada, for the ISKCON society, and for suffering humanity. May Lord Krishna be pleased to allow us all many more years of service to, and association with, His Holiness Jayapataka Swami. Your servants, The Members of the ISKCON Governing Body Commission H. <!-- / icon and title --><!-- message --> HH Jayapataka Swami condition is extremely serious - By HH Bhakti Purusottama Swami Dear devotees, Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. We request worldwide devotees to pray to Sri Nrsimhadeva for our dear Guru Maharaja, HH Jayapataka Swami, to come out of his critical health situation. Maharaja is in Mumbai attending GBC meetings. On 23rd early morning, he was found in the bed unconscious around 3.30 a.m.Devotees rushed him to the Hinduja hospital, thinking that Maharaja may had a heart attack. He was admitted in ICU. But later doctors diagnosed that it is brain hemorrhage. We request all the devotees to pray and chant for his quick recovery. Thank you. Your humble servant Bhakti Purusottama Swami Aniruddha prabhu Bir Krsna Das Goswami just returned from Hinduja Hospital one of the top hospitals in Mumbai with a report to the GBC on Jayapataka Swami’s condition. Maharaja is in intensive care. He has been in a coma since this morning when he was taken to the hospital from the ISKCON Juhu temple. The results of a scan indicate his heart is good but he has suffered a stroke and has bleeding in two locations in the brain. The most serious is in the brain stem which is very delicate and difficult to operate on. His blood pressure is extremely high. The specialist’s advice is that Maharaja’s condition is extremely serious. There are some positive signs in that he can move his legs and his eyes respond to stimuli indicating nervous activity. At the same time his condition is extremely critical. Radhanatha Swami, Kavicandra Swami, Sivarama Swami, Bhakti Purusottama Swami and others are in the hospital with him. The GBC held kirtana this morning on behalf of Jayapataka Swami and asks all devotees around the world to offer prayers on his behalf. —————- I generally don’t like to be the bearer of bad news but in this case I feel obliged to get the word out. I am currently in Mumbai attending the GBC meetings. It appears that some time last night HH Jayapataka Swami suffered a stroke in his sleep. When his servant tried to wake him this morning he couldn’t rise and appeared to be calling for help. He couldn’t articulate his words. As I went to mangala-arati I came across the devotees carrying Maharaja down to an ambulance so he could be driven to the Hinduja Hospital. I just heard from Ramai Swami that his condition is critical. He is in a coma and indications are he has suffered a hemorrhage at the back of his neck. The devotees are awaiting the advice of the specialist who is reviewing his condition as I write. Sivarama Swami, Radhanatha Swami, Gopala Krsna Goswami and Bhakti-vijnana Swami, Bhakti-caru Swami and Bir Krsna Goswami are with him in the hospital and the most recent report from Sivarama Swami is not good news. I suggest everyone start offering prayers for such a stalwart preacher and ISKCON general. Let us pray that if Krsna so desires that his great servant be allowed to stay with us to help push on the sankirtan mission for the pleasure of Srila Prabhupada. ————————– Mahaguna devi dasi: My dear Devotee Community, pamho, agtsp. About 3 hours ago, my dearest GuruMaharaj went unconsicous and had to be rushed to the hospital. He is in intensive care unit in Bombay, India. In the evening eastern time, HH Jayapataka Swami woke up at around 3:30 a. m. and was calling out to his servant but was unable to speak and then he collapsed. At that moment, he was rushed to the Hindu Jha Hospital in Bombay, India. At the present moment, he is in a coma and is unable to speak but he is breathing. However he is in an unconscous state. His blood pressure and sugar was checked but since he was unconscious he was sent to the ICU because the doctors assume that he suffered a cardiac arrest but they are unsure as the exact cause of his unconsciousness. He is currently in the ICU and the doctors are monitoring him. No one is allowed to see him,Please please pray for HH Jayapataka Swami. I am requesting that all disciples and wellwishers do a 24 hour kirtan and pray to Lord Narasimhadev for the speedy recovery of a great soul and pure devotee of the Supreme Lord and near and dear servant of Srila Prabhupada. your eternal servant praying and begging to the Supreme Lord to protect my dear spiritual master HH Jayapataka Swami ys/ mahaguna 404-452-5244 Secretary to HH Jayapataka Swami

Srila Prabhupada - “The living entity is called marginal energy. But when the falldown has taken place for the conditioned soul is very difficult to ascertain. Therefore, two classes are designated: eternally liberated (NITYA-SIDDHA) and eternally conditioned (NITYA-BADDHA). But for arguments sake, a living entity being marginal energy, he can't be eternally conditioned. The time is so unlimited that the conditioned souls appear to be eternally so, but from the philosophical view he cannot be eternally conditioned. Letter Srila Prabhupada sent to Upendra prabhu Srila Prabhupada - "The Supreme Lord has TWO energies, material and spiritual. The living entities are marginal energy. As marginal energy, a person may be under the control of the material energy (Maha-maya) or the spiritual energy (Yoga- maya). SB 3.23.10 pp. Srila Prabhupada - "Because the living being can appear either in matter or in spirit, the jiva is called the marginal potency" CC Adi 5.41 pp. Srila Prabhupada - "The living entity (jiva-atma) takes different positions - sometimes he merges into the dark material nature and identifies himself with matter, and sometimes he identifies himself with the superior spiritual nature. THEREFORE, he is called the Lords marginal energy. " BG 8.3 pp. Srila Prabhupada - "The fact is that individual living entities are eternally part and parcel of the Supreme Lord, and both of them are very intimately related as friends. But the living entity has the tendency to reject the sanctions of the Supreme Lord and act independently in an attempt to dominate the supreme nature, and BECAUSE HE HAS THIS TENDENCY; he is called the marginal energy of the Supreme Lord. " BG 13.23 pp. In the above verses, Srila Prabhupada explains that marginal energy means the TENDENCY of the living entity to reject the sanction of the Lord and act independently. So, marginal energy, or tatastha-shakti, is NOT a particular place or area in outer space where souls drop from, but it denotes the NATURE of the jiva-soul. It refers to a living entity with the nature of independently choosing between the Lord's two energies. Therefore, the living entities DO NOT expand from the marginal energy, but their natures are called marginal. This marginal energy (jiva-soul) is an expansion of Lord Krishna, who is the origin of the living entities. Srila Prabhupada - "If marginal energy (the living entity with its independent nature) chooses to be in contact with the external energy of the Lord, it still remains marginal. (See CC Adi 2.96) If the marginal living entity chooses to go back to the internal energy (the spiritual world), it still keeps his marginal independence. It does not change his nature into internal energy and becomes Vishnu-tattva. Although the living entities are equal in quality to the internal potency of Krishna (which is spiritual), they nevertheless keep their marginal independence. Jiva-tattva (the marginal energy) does not turn into Vishnu-tattva (the internal energy), otherwise the living entity would turn into God Himself as in Mayavadi philosophy. Marginal energy can be situated either in the external or internal energy of the Lord and according to the living beings free will and contact with either the material or spiritual energies, the living being is situated in proportionally higher or lower levels of existence. If marginal energy can freely choose to be situated in either external or internal energy, then marginal energy (because of his free will) can also choose to leave either external or internal energy." Here are excerpts from two letters the Srila Prabhupada sent to Upendra prabhu regarding our 'original position'. One letter is from 1968 and one from 1969. Srila Prabhupada - "Regarding your question, in one sense both you and Mahapurusa are right. The fact is that after the dissolution of the Universe the living entities remain in slumber within Maha Visnu, and again when the creation takes place they are impregnated in their original position and they come out in different species of life. By gradual evolutionary process, when they come to the human form there is good chance of getting out of the repeated birth and death, and one can enter into the Spiritual Realm. But if one loses this chance he is again put into the cycle of birth and death. The conditioned souls are always within the Maha Visnu Form, whereas the liberated souls in Vaikuntha, they are engaged in the service of the Lord. Constitutionally every living entity, even if he is in the Vaikuntha Loka, has chance of falling down”. Srila Prabhupada - "Therefore the living entity is called marginal energy. But when the falldown has taken place for the conditioned soul is very difficult to ascertain. Therefore two classes are designated: eternally liberated and eternally conditioned. But for arguments sake, a living entity being marginal energy, he can't be eternally conditioned. The Time is so unlimited that the conditioned souls appear to be eternally so, but from the philosophical view he cannot be eternally conditioned. Since we cannot trace out when we have become conditioned, there is no use of arguing on this point. Better to take care first how we can get rid of this conditional existence; as much as a patient should take care for treating his disease more, and less waste his time in finding out the cause of his disease". Please offer my blessings to the others. I hope this will meet you in good health." A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada

Hare Krsna Association, Hindu-ization and Other Things

Good points Kulapavana Also the nonsense talk of black magic is kurma dasa (the writer, not the chef or what ever) being paranoid that certainly does not exist at Melbourne and frankly is laughable. The fact is, Melbourne ISKCON is just a young in-experienced Temple in its pioneering immature stages and in time the devotees will mature. Aniruddha Prabhu (the Temple President) is actually a dedicated sincere soul and deep down I admire him for what he has achieved, even though he and his GBC Ramai Swami have a lot to learn about human dealings and relationships, especially Ramai Swami who is often very aloof and subtly impersonal. Kurma (not the chef) however, also in some of his writings does make some interesting points, he just needs more of the association of the devotees. Instead of critizing Melbourne ISKCON, he should help them. Well, even that can be difficult there in Melbourne because if you help them too much they become envious and say nastily 'To much devotion is the sign of a thief' Yes, it is a fact ISKCON Australia is not very advanced spiritually, but that will change over time as Lord Caitanya predicted As far as spiritual advancement is concerned then, as the old saying goes - 'One cannot go from kindergarten to University over night' All of us will be tested to see if it is Krishna we really want to serve or if there is some hidden agenda. -
I love (want to serve selflessly without exploitation (been there done that) all the wonderful devotees of Lord Krishna. The main threat to all so called Hindu's is Western materialism and science and their own ignorance of worshiping the 33,000,000 demigods that govern the mahat tattva or material creation, instead of Krishna the cause of all causes. Note, Siva is not a demigod but an expansion of Krishna playing the role of His greatest devotee.

Good points, but which one is the better choice, the cow killer, well they will both support that, or the pro-abortionist? I'd vote for the one who offered incentives to the Hare Krishna various groups like ISKCON, the GAUDAYA MATH and other Hare Krishna branches of Lord Caitanya's tree. I'd need a bit of a sweetener, like free health care cover for all Hare Krishna monks, before I'd vote. Black Or White http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=ZI9OYMRwN1Q

spreading lord shiva awareness across world

I love this painting of Siva, the great expansion of Lord Krishna -
The physical universe (mahat tattva) is a virtual reality that is real but temporary BY GAURAGOPALA DASA All marginal living entities in Vaikuntha can project a holographic version of the sub-conscious self that is a real feature of their individual personality and physic. This inferior lower self is known as the nitya-baddha consciousness. When one desires to forget Krishna and the svarupa body they serve Krishna as in Goloka, they can enter the dreams of Maha-Vishnu within His mahat tattva creation as this nitya baddha echo of the self. This secondary self or baddha-jiva consciousness, activated by free will and the desire to forget Krishna, is a living real holographic counterfeit projection of the marginal living entity that enables one to enter the mahat-tattva without their real nitya siddha body leaving Goloka or Vaikuntha. It is there in the mahat-tattva, that is a real reality but temporary, the living entity as their secondary jiva projected consciousness, attempts to fulfil their mistaken dreams to achieve anything they want. Such material facilities are provided by Maha Vishnu and simultaneously gained and created by their own material desires. Srila Prabhupada - "This material creation is the spirit soul's dream, all existence in this world is the dream of Maha-Vishnu. The real, factual platform is the spiritual world, but when the spirit soul wants to imitate the Supreme Personality of Godhead, he is put into this dreamland of material creation. 4.29.83. Srila Prabhupada - “Everything happening within time, which consists of past, present and future, is merely a dream. This is the secret in understanding in all the Vedic literature.” SB. 4.29.2b. Srila Prabhupada is saying that our original and perpetual state of being an eternal nitya siddha bodily servant of Krishna means one never falls down, that is, their nitya siddha body never leaves Goloka. However, he also tells us that the memory of being nitya-siddha can be covered over or forgotten by the choice to imagine your own existence without Krishna. This is just like dreaming in our present material body where we dream, or think we are King of a world, but actually, our material body has not moved. In this way Srila Prabhupada is saying that our nitya siddha or svarupa body can be covered over only and the memory of being nitya-siddha forgotten, like one forgets their material body while dreaming. In this way, our present baddha jiva mundane consciousness dream state, enters material vessels due to our thoughts of material desires and our imagination to be master instead of servant.Due to such selfish desires manifested ny our ftrr will to choose, our awareness of reality within within Goloka is transfered to temporary reality of the mahat-tattva cloud or the physical universe of virtual reality. It is there, within the dreams of Maha Vishnu, one can may remain trapped in their own psychosis within that virtual reality dream state, as depicted in the movie 'The Matrix,' for a very, very, very, very, very long duration, therefore many creations within the mahat-tattva are coming and going. Srila Prabhupada – “Due to this long period of time, it is sometimes said that we are ever conditioned. But this long duration of time becomes very insignificant when one actually wakes up from the material dream and comes to Krishna consciousness”. When that happens, one wakes up from their nitya-baddha condition and realizes their nitya-siddha body and that they were with Krishna all along What does the word real mean? In Goloka-Vrndavana/Vaikuntha, the actions, thoughts and dreams of the marginal living entity are ALL-REAL, are all on the same level of a reality that exists eternally in Gods Kingdom in a perpetual atmosphere devoid of past, future and impermanence. So, what is the difference between what is REAL in Goloka and what is REAL in the material creation known as the mahat tattva? The answer is, there is NO difference in the meaning of word reality in both places because both creations are real solid realities devoid of apparitions to those who have true Knowledge. In other words, they are both the same within the criteria of the word real however, one reality (Goloka) is imperishable situated within the eternal present mode of eternal loving bhakti, while the other reality ((maha tattva) is also real but is perishable, exists for sometime then fads to be as if it never was. The highest and natural expression of the marginal living entity is realizing their full potential as their perpetual nitya-siddha-svarupa devotional body as already explained. This state is also the full potential of the word REAL. This is hard for us to understand from our present dimensional platform of consciousness that is trapped in the mahat-tattva because we are governed by the divided eternal presents that manifests as past, present, future, that causes the reaction of decay and forgetfulness. By foolishly desiring to ignore God and the perpetual body one REALLY is in Goloka in their full potential, we are restricted to our secondary dream state conscious REALITY (nitya-baddha) that is constrained to the laws of the mahat-tattva or material creation. On the absolute level every dream and thought is as real as ones deeds. Even in the heavenly planets within the mahat-tattva, where the nitya-baddha dream state is confined to an ethereal body in a sub-space dimension of the mahat-tattva, ones thoughts and deeds are on an equal footing. The heavenly realm or atmosphere is completely different from our secular condition on this gross material planet where the ethereal or subtle body that houses the baddha jiva consciousness, is further restricted and restrained by a biological vessel. However, both the secular world of biological bodies and the subtle bodies of ghost or ethereal vessels IN THE MATERIAL WORLD are also REAL. But it must be understood that that reality created by the baddha jiva contained in those ethereal and biological vessels, fads away or perishes. The full potential of what is REAL, of what is REALITY is that it is imperishable, and never fades away which means it is always in the perpetual state of originality. So how are we to understand that our dreams on the absolute level are also real and transmitted as the nitya-baddha conscious state to the material creation? Now we cannot compare the dreams we have in our material body that are illusion, with the dreams we have in our pure state initiated by free will and choose. Nitya siddha is when we are in our natural pure state of REALITY, eternally liberated in Goloka serving God or Krishna. Nitya baddha state is when we are in our unnatural impure state of TRANSITORY REALITY eternally conditioned in the mahat tattva serving ones selfish interests unaware of their PERMANENTLY REAL nitya siddha authentic self in Goloka. The original and eternal position of all living individuals, known as the marginal living entities is their perpetual rasa (devotional mood) nitya-siddha-svarupa body that is eternally serving Krishna in the ‘eternal present’ where there is no past or future as previously explained. This means there is also no decay, impermanence birth, disease, old age, death and forgetfulness in the perpetual REALITY Kingdom of God known as Goloka-Vrndavana and the Vaikuntha planets. If we are to correctly understand that we all originate from Goloka-Vrndavana/Vaikuntha, such realizations are only possible by the mercy of Srila Prabhupada and without his mercy one will never understand. Everything Srila Prabhupada said and wrote must be understood in the context of His books, lectures, morning walks, and classes. This is the correct way to appreciate the criteria of guru, sadhu, and shastra. All interpretations of his teachings that fail these criteria of guru, sadu and shastra are to be considered bogus; therefore everything in this book is based very clearly on the teachings of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami. Lord Krishna or the Supreme Personality of Godhead is always the absolute truth with an all-attractive Vigraha or Bodily Form yet is also simultaneously everywhere personally and impersonally within His creation. Krishna is always as His beautiful Syamasundara form that never vacates from His Goloka-Vrndavana central abode yet is simultaneously manifested as unlimited four armed Vishnu Forms throughout the Vaikuntha planets. Both these abodes are the perpetual Kingdom of Krishna that exists in the eternal present devoid of past and future as the Brahma Samhita tells us. Vishnu and Lakshmi in the Vaikunthas where their devotees are in the mood of servitorship and Radha Krishna in Goloka-Vrndavana where Krishnas mood is more intermit with His devotees in the disposition of friendship and conjugal love. Even though Krishna is eternally in His central Goloka-Vrndavana Planet that resembles a lotus flower as shown above, He also resides as Vishnu in the surrounding Vaikuntha Planets. Krishna further expands Himself from His Sankarsana or Balarama bodily form to the sleeping Maha-Vishnu form who builds His own abode in one corner of the Spiritual Sky as shown above that is called the mahat-tattva or material creation. Maha-Vishnu is never affected by this dark cloud OF TEMPORARY OR FADING REALITY He has constructed in His corner of the Spiritual Sky (shown above) that exists in a completely different dimensional phenomenon of time and space than the Vaikuntha planets. In His mahat-tattva (jada-jagat- lifeless world) there is also eternal time however, it is divided by past, present and future which has the by-product phenomenon of impermanence, decay birth and death that does not exist in the perpetual ‘present’ in Goloka-Vrndavana or Vaikuntha (cid-jagat) which makes up the majority of the Spiritual Sky or Brahmajyoti. The original and eternal position of all living individuals, known as the marginal living entities is their perpetual rasa (devotional mood) nitya-siddha-svarupa body that is eternally serving Krishna in the ‘eternal present’ where there is no past or future as previously explained. Lord Brahma within the material creation and above him is Radha and Krishna in Goloka Vrndavana

Why? Because the jiva in its natural state serves in the ‘eternal present’ that, not only has no past or future as we trapped in the material world know it, but also has no beginning or end, birth or death, decay, pain or suffering. The eternal presents of Goloka with Krishna and His living entities is imperishable and therefore has always existed

There has never been a time when you and I have not existed, nor will there be a time when we will cease to exist. As the same person inhabits the body through childhood, youth, and old age, so too at the time of death he attains another body. The wise are not deluded by these changes. <CITE>Bhagavad Gita</CITE>

The physical universe (mahat tattva)is a virtual reality that is real but temporary As explained by the material scientists - http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=l8AjoUb8Tq8 As explained by many devotees of Krsna such as Srila Prabhupada - All marginal living entities in Vaikuntha can project a hologram version of their imaginary self, known as the nitya-baddha consciousness, to the dreams of Maha-Vishnu. This secondary self or baddha-jiva consciousness is a living real holographic counterfeit projection of the marginal living entity that enables one to enter the mahat-tattva without their real nitya siddha body leaving Goloka or Vaikuntha. It is there in the mahat-tattva, that is a real reality but temporary, the living entity as their secondary projected consciousness, attempts to fulfil their mistaken dreams to achieve anything they want. Such material facilities are provided by Maha Vishnu and simitaneously gained and created by their own material desires. 4.29.83. Srila Prabhupada - “In this present day, people are very much eager to have one scripture, one God, one religion, and one occupation. Therefore, A - Ekam sastram devaki-putra-gitam: let there be one scripture only, one common scripture for the whole world-Bhagavad-gita. B - Eko devo devaki-putra eva: let there be one God for the whole world - Sri Krsna. C - Eko mantras tasya namani: and one hymn, one mantra, one prayer — the chanting of His name: Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare/ Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. D - Karmapy ekam tasya devasya seva: and let there be one work only — the service of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.” (Bhagavad-gita as it is Introduction)

Everything about Krishna is sweet and we should not make Him seem like He specifically is the god of people with a mindset similiar to Muslims and Christians who also believe that everyone but them will go to Hell. According to Bhagavad Gita, there is the path of the Devotee and there is the path of the Impersonalist. Both of them will bring the person to his or her goal, but it is the path of Devotion that is recommended because it is easier, safer, direct, and sweet. In the past days I have been chanting the holy names and they do not make me feel like I should tell everyone else that they are wrong and hellbound. We all have so many chances and lifetimes to return to God. Presenting Bhakti in a much more sweeter and positive light is the way to possibly win someone, atleast one person, over to what they are destined to take up. And we shouldn't be so mean when discussing theology and philosophy, it just isn't right and one's audience or readers will quickly be turned off and they'll remember it the next time that they hear about Vaisnavism. Devotion is sweet and the Devotee should be the same way </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE> This is very moving, I grew up in ISKCON since the age of 16.
