Please forgive me for my rudeness if this has already been answered in this forum. If not I would like to find out more about Mantra Upasana. These are my questions. 1. Does this need to be taken from a Guru ? 2. Can an individual pick his mantra and start the upasana 3. What are the restrictions for doing the Upasana many thanks in advance. ravi
