Namaste! I have two 5 mukhi and one 4 mukhi rudraksas. But I had no opportunity to "energize" them, do puja and all. So I just washed them with ghee, milk and Ganges water. Then I touched Siva-lingam with 5 mukhi rudraksas, stringed them and now I'm wearing them on my chest. My question is: what are the rules for wearing and what is the sadhana? I mean, it's not enough just to wear them, is it? I've been at astroshastra web-site and found some "mantras for wearing". When to chant those mantras? Should I chant anything before wearing and before taking the rudraksa off? For example, it says that the mantra for 4 mukhi is: OM HREEM CHATURVAKTRASYA | OM VAM KAM THAM HAM EE || Does it mean that I should kind of hold a bead and chant that mantra for a few times? Please, help. I don't want to exploit Rudraksa, but I want to develop proper attitute to them and proper relatioship with them. Thank you.
