I was preparing to buy a parad ring and I'm reading a couple different instructions for the wearer.
It might be the differing compositions of each ring, one is a solid mix of sliver and mercury and the other is a silver ring with a mercury bead, do I only wear the ring 5 to 10 minutes a day while in prayer or can I wear it all the time?
