Hi i just want to make a quick adjustment, OK as we all know the aura is our spiritual energy or spiritual power. The aura is not your chi or life force, it is psychic energy/esp/etc, so for those of you out there who ever it is. Please stop smuggling the word chi or life force into the spiritual art or spiritual practice system. Thank you. if you want more info about the aura.
