Report Frequent (3-5 times per day ) Stool in Ayurveda, Health and Wellbeing Posted May 5, 2012 Dear All, I am male 29 years old. I need to go 3-5 times per day to pass stool. Generally its semi soild in nature.This is happening with me since last 3-4 years. Although I remember, I used to go 3 times since my childhood.I do not take tea, coffee,alcohol. I take pure veg food with no garlic and onions. Looking forward to hearing from you. I am looking Ayurveda and homeopathy medicine.
