Hi, from a very advanced spiritual healer in germany I got another definition of Kriyas: Kriyas are the positions, into which the rising kundalini forces the body, to overcome special blocks. In his words, Hatha Yoga is the result of people watching others in the process of enlightment through the rising of the kundalini energy, and (successfully) trying to get the way in the opposite direction: through the asanas ("kriyas") the kundalini should be forced to do the same as in first rising the kundalini energy. What´s about that? Is that somewhere mentioned?
