Gems Of yoga inspirations are from the fusion of East & West Yoga luminaries to encourage a practical approach to Practice living Yoga. The logo of Gems Of Yoga is a depiction of the infinity that is Bindu in the finite that is the body .Reach up, you have the sun & moon in you ! The sun is your fire or the right nostril nadi the eda and the moon is your left nostril nadi the Pingala and when both are balanced , you reach and activate the third Braham Nadi, the sushumna where everything is limitless, nothing is impossible. Once you attain mastery of the inner universe through the practice of Hatha Yoga postures to still the body, Pranayama practices to regulate the breathing, Bandhas and mudras to regulate the pranic flow then you can advance to the Vedantic study. Knowledge is power and Gems Of Yoga is associated with disseminating the Braham knowledge to the aspirants who have crossed the milestones of body and mind to move further into the matrix of life.

Various Hatha Yoga sessions, power Yoga sessions, breathing and mediation sessions, Kundalini knowledge and chakra knowledge and meditation sessions, yoga for pregnancy and postnatal yoga sessions and therapeutic Yoga sessions are held. Our Yoga philosophy is based on the Nine gates and Five winds theory. Our mission statement states our mission to have “ Innovation With Consciousness & Prosperity With Spiritual Values”. An energy exchange programme is available for serious learners on Yoga Path. Life memberships are granted for deserving society members for their notable contributions to Gems Of Yoga. Charity is undisclosed and shared between the giver and the taker. The fields of charity include providing accommodation assistance upto two months for deserving working ladies in lieu of selfless service at Gems of Yoga, working with the divine children who are special, and working for the one month food responsibility for pets who need it.

Gems Of Yoga core service is YOGA and ancillary services include Yoga Teacher Training Programmes & Workshops with natural health tips with consultation and a new programme of Yoga for Older Adults with pick & drop service for them. Detoxification with Yoga shatkarma is useful for removing toxicity of the body. Steered under the collective vision of the founder & CEO with its team of Yoga Instructors, Doctors, Life members and Luminaries of Yoga World, Gems Of Yoga continues to move forward with its vision to be an oasis of Practice , Peace & Braham knowledge in Dubai and Middle East.
