Ananda bhairavi is none other than godess parvathi, and Anandabhairava is lord Shiva, The word ‘ananda’ means 'bliss', and ‘bhairava’ is shiva (another incarnation of shiva, associated with anger). You can find some references in Ananda-Lahari (first 41 slokas of Soundarya Lahari).
At the same time Ananda bharavi is also the name of a RAGA in Carnatic music tradition, it is suppossed to bring a happy mood to the listener.

i am not sure, but heard about some goddess and dities of Rajasthan, whose vahan is camel
like Ushtravahini, and Kula devi ...
