I experience an Arrhythmia at times. I don't take it too seriously, as it comes and goes. I avoid drugs for the time being, and concentrate on healthy, holistic lifestyle. I am convinced that detoxifying, especially heavy metals, apparently is a key to my Arrhythmia, along with climbing mountains regularly. I try to eat a "hunter/gatherer" diet. I've been developing my own electrolyte water, including sodium thiosulfate, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, and magnesium chloride in blessed reverse-osmosis water. Lately I've been doing a "niacin burn" to help clear out heavy metals and other poisons. I take 500 mg niacin just before starting my mountain climb (early in the morning during summer). This intensifies my usual sweating, so I have my electrolyte water along to maintain essential minerals. It is an intense experience that starts tapering off in 1/2 hr or so. After only a few "tests" my heart is beating with solid rhythm, again. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who isn't willing to go through an intense cleansing experience. Of course, I didn't invent this, as professional athletes have been doing it regularly. Since I've been imbibing in my electrolyte water for a month or so, I find I no longer need my usual two day recovery time. I can go out climbing every day, if I want. I like the niacin burn because it's fast and cheap, among other things.
