Haribol - I suppose it depends on how strict you are with yourself... Many devotees do drink decaf and hot chocolate... In South Africa we have rooibos tea, which is naturally caffeine free, I think you can find it in the UK as well.

prolific writer/lecturer, who was based in Vrndavan, India up till several

years ago.
