I need some help regarding my career, i am preparing for civil services & after putting in lot of effort i am nt getting the desired result.I am wearing neelam and a pukhraj ,is this a right combination.As gone through many websites,which say one should nt wear them together.So please gurujan do provide me some valuable advise.

From last 5 months i am wearing a blue sapphire in left hand and a yellow sapphire in right,is this a right combination for me?
