I have stammering since birth. My mother language is hindi and i dont stammer while talking in hindi.If i have to give a speech infront of 100 people in hindi i wont stammer much.But as i try to talk in english while in presentations and all i stammer a lot. I am really frustated with this problem. I read somewhere that a natural herb called akarkara helps in curing it. If it really helps then can you tell me how to use it.Is it easily available in market??Its in powder form or paste?? Also if there is any other ayurvedic medicine then let me know.
