Who ever is hungry their should only eat right,like that only your father chant hanuman chalisa, and your father should go everyday to the temple. Every night give him curds rice except monday and saturaday but only curds no rice, because if we heat curds at night it gives freeness in the mind while getting tommorrow. Not able to do surya namaskar, just try to read some mantra relating to surya 12 times that is also enough.

Hi,

You wear iron related ring ie which is made from horse's shoe that is almost rusted. Because wearing this shani likes it.

And get up early morning at 5 clock perform 12 surya namaskars to surya before bathing because pray to give light in ur life from surya.

Goto Hanuman temple, keep kesari on Agna chakra morning times. Chant hanuman chalisa.

At evening times visit either shiva or vishnu temple.

Every saturaday perform fasting atleast one time in the morning and evening take fruits donot take rice.

Because if u give something then only he will give good things right.

For me also it is astama shani ie shani dahiya. I am performing it, now i am tenseless and getting better day by day.
