I don't know whether you r eligible for an full-time ayurvedic course or not in India as you are not an Indian citizen, but if you really want to learn ayurveda then I think you must visit Kerala. There are some most famous traditional vaidyas of India known as "Asta Vaidya", who can guide you to learn ayurveda. Many foreigners comes to kerala in regular besis for the same parpous as yours. So just come to kerala. Good luck:)
