presently I am wearing Red coral,Ruby.& horse shoe ring.some astrologist

suggest me to wear yellow sapphire.

please tell me that present rings are suitable for me or not. If not, pl.tell me what should i wear.

Can I wear yallow sapphire with red corel,horse shoe ring & ruby also.
