My name is Sardarni Kaur...first I want apologize if

my english is not as good as I will like.

I want to share my experience in the ladies camp in

Mexico.This time we learned about different

religions(jewish,sufi,sihk, catholic,budist.....) and

for me is so amazing to see how God (no matter what

way we choose)is the same,we can feel His presence in

all the rituals that we have and all diferents

meditations have the same purpuse.Wake up at 3:40 to

go to the sadhana..after that to the gudwuara,the

Gatka classes,the bhangara classes.the nap with the

Gong.....everything helps me to find myself and find

God in everything that a make during the day.I came

back to my home full of energy.Twoo years ago I took

the first course for kundalini instructor and I

looking foward to take the next one.My KY teacher here

in Oaxaca,Mexico has a beatiful Kundalini Yoga Center

and the next september we start to teach KY (I will

teach twice a week..I am exited but scared at the same

time!!!!)I put everything in the Guru´s hands.If

somebody want to come to Oaxaca to give some Kundalini

Yoga course our KY Center is open to everbody that

wants to spread the Yogy Bajhan knowledge.I will be

here asking so many things that I still don´t kown...I

hope that you don´t get tired to see me here asking

all the time.
