Guest guest Report post Posted January 13, 2010 I have been meditating for the past 3 years. I am able to hear a bee sound in my ears constantly. Also when I do my pranayam I close my eyes I can see a blue spot quite big enough for some time. I also get twiching and jerks in various areas. The bees sounds along with tones, crickets, humming is all very normal. The blue spot is a Shakti sign or a kundalini sign if you will and also is to be welcomed! Surrender to all this and know you are in good hands! The jerking is very normal too! The kundalini is infusing your body energetically so surrender to it and cultivating a sense of joy will really help to move things along beautifully. Fill your heart with love - love for yourself - love for the divine - love for all and everything. This is a good beginning. You may also find the articles on the main site and older posts here on the group site helpful.
