In fact the last few years have been a bit confusing and your focus was not completely at work and there were other tensions on the back of your mind. From Next year especially from second half you will experience a bit of quality and slow but sure growth. You will change a few jobs in coming years mostly for a higher package. There is still some time till you get a real settlement or a peak point in career. Atleast 3-4 more years.
