Thank you very much for the explanation. It makes perfect sense.

Akasa or ether is basically " vacuum " . It is nothing, but it is present

everywhere. It makes sense that it permeates all parts of kaala purusha

and also that Maha Vishnu rules it.

I agree. In a few recent posts on mahapurusha yoga, I referred to the

names of the shahtyamsas occupied. I did not refer to the houses

involved, for I cannot be sure of shashtyamsa lagna without very fine

rectification.

Dear Narasimha,

Thats correct. However, Ether is Vacuum in the Physical sence of

material existence, but the spiritualists talk of " an ethereal substance "

that has no matter and yet permeates all beings. This ethereal substance in

human beings is used by the dead spirits to manifest themselves as, by using

this ethereal substance, they can interact with the other tatwa and can be

seen physically. These human beings etc. who donate the ethereal substance

are called mediums. I will stronly recommend the book " Life after death " by

swami Abhedananda (Ramakrishna Mission). It is because of this ethereal

substance that some Spirits of the dead manifested and were even

photographed in front of a packed audience in London.
