Personally, I disagree with your statement and like to state that a lot of learned astrologers (especially on this group) can make successful predictions about the timings of events. This is based on my observations by following the group for more than 2 years now. For example - For the marriage , Guru Sanjay Rath teaches predicting the timings using the UL in D-9 , there are other considerations as well, and from what I have seen its pretty accurate. Further, I will like to clarify that I made certain observations in the chart and stated that probelms if any (the observations were not necessarily problems). What matters is correct application of a principle ,hope you will agree .

Position of Moon in MKS is for ever showing the seeds in built of tenencies.

Should this apply necessarly the way you see it?.Question from Anita was about marriage timing.

Every chart has some inbuilt dosha .

Likewise Sarp yoga has serious implication.Should one be happy to see that a prticular yoga is made out or not.

Every yoga has a time to fructify( age group) exception as wel as cancillation.

Hope discrimnation is a must.
