weakness of a planet

Respected Sir,

I have a quick question for you. If FM affilts MEP of a house, it

means it will afflict its house of placement. We know if house of

placement of a planet is afficted ,the planet is considered to be very

weak . In this case since FM has itself afflicted its house of

placement sO that FM is weak inspite of the fact that it is placed in

a good house??I am asking you this question in regard to following chart

Details

Date 13/11/69

Time 8.00 am

place- Rohtak (haryana)

This native has 6th lord exalted in 3rd house.but6th is afflicting 3rd

house ,the house of its placement. Can we say that mars, here inspite

of being exalted andplaced in a good house ,is a weak planet??

Respected Sir,

I saw the horoscope of this person who has been mentioned below. And his mars

is exalted and placed at 3rd house, on MEP.

If this mars is week then what should be the conditions for it to be a strong

planet ?

I thought that Mars is afflicting 3rd hosue and those houses where it casts

its aspects. And regarding the matters of 6th hosue, It will be beneficial for

the person. But it seems i am wrong. May be i am misunderstanding something.

Please give some advice.
