I have gone through your horoscope. I am suggesting a few upaya

which might help you regain your position, not necessarily in the

same organisation. Go to the files and read the rules of doing

remedies.

[ 1 ] You are going through the Shani antar in the Shani mahadasha.

Therefore :

[ a ] Recite the mahamrityunjaya mantra as many times a day as you

can.

[ b ] Recite the stotra for Shani at least 13 times a day. Get the

text and the audio from the files.

[ c ] Offer at a temple 7 whole almonds { with shell } along with a

handful of black til, for 13 saturdays regularly.

[ 2 ] Since November 2, 2006 the saturn moved to Leo joining your

natal moon. Therefore you are in the second phase of sade satee of

shani.

Go to the files and read the upaya for shani sade satee and do it

for moon in Leo.
